1. About My Block Hand
My Block Hand is a small-farm management app for lifestyle blocks, homesteads and mixed livestock operations. It helps users record farm information such as animals, herds, flocks, paddocks, farm zones, jobs, reminders, treatments, breeding records, equipment and finances.
2. Information we collect
We collect information needed to create and operate your account, including your name, email address or username, password-protected login details, farm name, account preferences and communication preferences.
We also store the farm records you choose to enter, including livestock records, flock records, paddock and farm-zone records, breeding records, treatment and withholding records, jobs, reminders, calendar items, finance records, equipment records, feedback and backup/export data.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide login access, save your records, separate your account data from other users, provide backup/export tools, support account recovery, respond to support requests, review feedback, improve My Block Hand and communicate important service updates.
4. Farm records and data ownership
Your farm records remain your data. My Block Hand does not sell your personal information or farm records to third parties.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for deciding what information is appropriate to store in your account.
5. Backups and exports
My Block Hand may provide account export and backup tools so you can download a copy of your farm records. Backups may contain the farm information you have entered, but should not contain your password.
You are responsible for storing downloaded backup files safely. Anyone with access to your backup file may be able to read farm records inside it.
6. Data deletion
You may clear your farm records or request account deletion where available. Account deletion may remove your active account and active farm data after creating a server-side backup or deletion log for security, audit and recovery purposes.

7. Security
We take practical steps to protect account data, including account separation, password-protected access and owner/admin tools for support. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should use strong passwords and keep account details private.
