1. About My Block Hand
My Block Hand provides farm management and record-keeping tools for small farms, lifestyle blocks, homesteads and mixed livestock operations.
My Block Hand is not a livestock registry, accounting firm, veterinary service, legal adviser, tax adviser or compliance authority.
2. Service status
My Block Hand is actively developed. Features may change, improve, move or be removed as the product evolves with feedback from real users.
As with any online service, bugs, interruptions or data issues may occur. Users should keep their own backup records for important farm, animal, finance and compliance information.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter and for your own livestock, animal welfare, biosecurity, farm management, business, financial, tax, legal and compliance decisions.
You should check product labels, withholding periods, local rules and professional advice before acting on any farm record, reminder or date inside My Block Hand.
4. Data ownership
Your farm records remain your data. By using My Block Hand, you allow the app to store, process and display your records so the service can operate.
You should not enter information you do not have the right to store or use.
5. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your password with others. My Block Hand may restrict, suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service, interfere with other users or attempt unauthorised access.
6. Backups and data safety
My Block Hand may provide export, backup and restore tools. These tools are provided to help protect your records, but no backup or restore system can be guaranteed to work in every situation.
You should regularly download and safely store your own backups, especially before major updates or before clearing records.
7. No guarantee of farming outcomes
My Block Hand provides record-keeping and planning tools only. We do not guarantee improved animal health, production, profit, compliance outcomes, pasture performance, breeding success, disease control or business results.
8. Liability limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, My Block Hand is not liable for losses caused by incorrect user-entered information, missed reminders, service interruptions, data loss, business decisions, farming decisions, animal health outcomes, treatment decisions, withholding mistakes or reliance on records inside the app.
9. Changes to the service or terms
My Block Hand may update features, pricing, access rules, legal pages and these terms as the product develops. Continued use of My Block Hand after changes means you accept the updated terms.
